port/micropython_embed.h: no such file or directory

I would guess that comes down to having not run the 'make -f micropython_embed.mk' after unzipping.

I'll see if I can add a warning during 'cmake' and perhaps 'make' to detect when that's not been done or, better still, do it automatically.
