I think the Raspberry Pi performs ARP filtering by default and that confuses some routers.Sorry for the breach of etiquette. I rarely interact with other people so I'm not very good at it. My wife always tells me, "nobody thinks like you". She's right. If a volunteer takes the time to offer their help, it might be perceived as rude to delete their post.I mistakenly assumed that the whole thread would be deleted. As it stands it makes no sense at all.
My observation is, the community that formed in this forum results from enthusiasm for Raspberry Pi, respect for each person's contribution and the quality of forum moderation.
Back on topic, ARP filtering can cause a problem similar to what you describe. The thread
viewtopic.php?p=2235231#p2235231
contains details of one solved example.
As for ARP filtering; my Deco X20 doesn't support it and I've never implemented it on any Pi.
