Why would you do that? That seems like a very strange solution. Much easier, and probably cheaper, to use an actual USB HUB IC.Can I use Pico PIO to create such USB HUB interface ??
But I do have another idea.
Put two RP2350 on your board and an USB HUB IC.
Are there any existing Repositories for it??
If you explain the actual problem you are trying to solve we might have other ideas.
As katak255 asks, do you really need ten UARTs?
