I have purchased a Zero 2w, connected it to a USB power bank, added a keyboard and mouse wifi dongle and started programming (if you could call it that).
I have started adding the CEC script, but realise I need to connect it to the actual screen being used in order to properly connect it!
I am in the process of adding a slideshow and video presentation app - if anybody knows of one, please comment.
I would certainly consider adding commands for three buttons too so the screen is not always left on, and is easy to turn off once the church is empty. The three buttons are on-play-off. I'm hoping that the off would shut down the pi, and would also shut shut down the TV. Similarly, the on would wake everything up. The play may not be needed if the startup script automatically ran the slideshow and videos after power on!
