Not sure if it is the right place in the forum, but I recently saved an old broken surround-sound amplifier from landfill with a simple motherboard transplant based on a raspberry Pi PICO2. I was originally going to use my RPi Zero but it seemed a bit overkill, and I needed it for another project. As you can see the PICO2 worked just fine in this instance, allowing me to retain most of the essence of the original unit.
